Robert H. Muir directs development operations for First Industrial throughout the United States. He has over 33 years of construction and development experience. Bob first began working with First Industrial Development Services as an independent consultant. Before joining First Industrial Development Services, he was president of R.H. Muir Inc., a Florida general contracting and consulting firm. Bob is a former member of the senior management team at Norwood Construction Co and has extensive development experience in industrial and office parks. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and attended graduate school at West Chester University. His professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Bob maintains his base of operations in Chicago.
